UK OFFSHORE

Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands

Standard £6.95 2 to 3 Working Days

Includes Northern Ireland (BT), Isle of Man (IM), Scottish Highlands and Orkney Isles (PA, ML, EH, KA, G, KY, PH, DD, AB, IV, KW). The Outer Hebrides and the Shetland Isles (HS, ZE) are separate services and may also experience delivery delays.

INTERNATIONAL

Due to duties and tariffs we no longer ship to countries outside of the UK.

WHEN YOUR ORDER ARRIVES

Deliveries will be made by courier and are tracked, just so we know your order has safely reached its destination.

If you are unavailable when the courier tries to deliver your order, they will usually try to deliver again the next working day or leave a card to offer you a collection from a local collection point. If you should refuse delivery of goods, or are not available to accept the delivery on both delivery attempts, you will be required to cover any extra costs incurred by us.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • Standard Delivery orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on Tuesday.
  • Royal Mail Tracked 24 placed after 3pm Friday or on Saturday & Sunday will be dispatched on Monday.
  • In the event we are unable to supply your goods within 7 days, we will advise of alternative options as soon as possible.
  • Please note that whilst stock levels are live with our boutique all items are subject to availability.

We cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or failure to deliver by the company's appointed courier.
