- Returns must be made to LUXE TONES within 14 days of receiving the parcel
- Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, undamaged, and with all original packaging and tags attached. If your items show signs of wear or are damaged, we cannot accept a return.
- For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings unless they are faulty.
- You will need to cover the cost of postage, unless the item is faulty.
- Please ensure you send your parcel back via recorded delivery, as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in transit.
