Every single item from Elizabeth Scarlett's Turtle Conversation Collections protects sea turtle hatchlings, as they take their first, precious flip-flop steps toward the ocean. As a result of ocean pollution, human impacts, and natural predation, only 0.1% of hatchlings in the Dutch Caribbean live to adulthood. Elizabeth Scarlett is supporting Blue Marine Foundation in their incredible efforts to give this keystone species its very best shot at life. Funds raised from these products will allow for the cleaning of beaches, the protection of endangered nests, and the guiding baby turtles safely to the waterfront.
Each year, Elizabeth Scarlett commits a minimum of £42,000 to fund turtle conservation projects in Ascension and the Dutch Caribbean. This works out as £2.10 from the sale of each item. The commitment includes funding for five turtle rangers during nesting seasons, as well as for signage and education in the local communities. These teams help protect approximately 2,033,043 turtle hatchlings per year.
We want you to be satisfied every time you shop with us online. Occasionally, however, we know that you may want to return items. Our easy returns policy for online orders applies to all of our products except for made-to-order items, jewellery, all seasonally themed items, food products, cosmetics and body products.
Your right to cancel an order starts when you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods. If your order consists of multiple goods, the 14 days runs from when you get the last item of the order.
If you wish to cancel your order you must return the items back to us within 14 days of the cancellation. We regret that items received after this time will be refused and sent back to you.
If you took advantage of a promotion including free items (for example buy X get Y free, or free X with Y) then the free items must also be returned. If you fail to return your free gift you will be charged for the free items that you have received.
