Experience prides itself on not just being an online shop and operates from our store in Fleet, Hampshire. We like to make sure that we offer the same standard of service to our online customers as we do to our customers that walk through our boutique door. Delivery

As long as your order is in stock then your order will be delivered on our standard delivery service (2-5 Days) which is FREE.

If you are in a rush and you need your order fast we can offer you a next day delivery service from just £7.50. All you need to do is make sure we get your order before 3pm (Mon-Fri). If it's after that time then call us on 01252 621035 and we will try our hardest to dispatch your order the same day.

You can choose your delivery option when you checkout and pay for your order.

International Delivery

We are currently unable to offer international shipping.

Payment

We accept all major credit and debit cards but not American Express.

Telephone Orders

We understand that some people want to hear a voice at the other end of the phone rather than order online.You can call us at any time between 9.30am and 5pm Monday to Saturday and we will gladly take your order and payment over the phone.

Returns

At Experience, we want you to be satisfied every time you shop with us. Occasionally however, we know that you may want to return items. Our easy returns policy applies to all of our products except for made to order/special order items, jewellery and underwear where the packaging has been opened.

Once dispatched to you, we accept the return of items only if they are unworn and are in their original and resalable condition i.e. clean, intact, with hangers and all tags still attached by their original means, and in the original packaging in which it was sent. Garments that have deodorant stains or odours will not be accepted.

If you return the goods within 7 days, we will issue a full refund for the price that you paid for the item; delivery charges for the item will not be reimbursed. We regret that items received after this time or without a valid returns number will be refused and sent back to you. You are responsible for the safe return of products to us, including the cost of doing so. It is recommended that you insure your return parcel in case of loss or damage.

Refunds

If you have decided to return your items to Experience we will refund your credit card within 30 days of cancellation, provided that the terms of this agreement have been met.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your item for another item or size then please request this at the time you request your returns number. We will then dispatch your replacement once your returns have been received.

Sizes

We state standard sizing’s i.e. 12, 14, or 16, sizing charts can be confusing as fit is dependent on customer’s height and overall shape we stock the most popular womenswear brands and customers are generally aware of the fit and cut.

If a brand has any fit information that we feel customers should be aware of we will state it in the items description.

Please note that all items are subject to availability.

In the event we are unable to supply your goods within 7 days, we will advise of alternative options as soon as possible.

We cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or failure to deliver by the company's appointed carrier
